LIFT Partners is an investment consulting company specialized in Private Equity backed by real estate (logistics, schools, hotels, etc.).
It mainly supports French family offices by offering them club-deals and funds that meet the expectations of their investors over short maturities.
LIFT Partners' main digital challenges
The digitalization of asset and liability management is becoming a major subject in LIFT Partners' business sector.
In addition to the fact that the subscription process for users must be facilitated and meet numerous regulatory obligations, Management Companies must be able to control all documents relating to investors (KYC, subscription form, investor profile, etc.).
In addition, being able to communicate in real time and allow investors and their advisers to consult the conditions of the recommended investment, the status of their file, legal documentation and management reports is a key issue.
LIFT Partners wanted to offer its partners a unique access giving them the opportunity to retrieve and monitor all this information in one place. It has also allowed the company to save valuable time on certain time-consuming tasks that do not generate value.
Finally, cyber security is now to be included in all procedures related to the activities offered by LIFT Partners. In particular, e-mails are not secure despite the fact that they contain mostly confidential information. There are also more and more examples of fishing in the sector. Bank account security is still a big issue. The Company has therefore chosen to equip itself digitally in order to eliminate all cyber security risks as much as possible.
